Our Work
Here are just a few of the current projects we are working on. From the time we purchased our new land in 2022 we have hit the ground running.

Tarping areas to plant
We have 3 areas currently tarped for corn, tomato plants, squashes, and more! (Update 5/7/22- We tilled to start planting the corn and other vegetables)

Planning Pig Move
We plan to move the pigs any day now.

First set of seedlings
Sprouts have started and plant starts are ready for purchase.

New Chicks in our Future
30 new chicks to come May 9th! (Update 5/11/22 we received 28 total chicks: Buff Orpington, ISA Brown & Barred Rock.

Getting the new pens & waterers ready for the piggies
Electric fence is up for the pigs, water tower is complete and are awaiting the pigs arrival.
2 Ducklings, 28 Chicks & 2 Geese
6/16/22 We moved the 2 ducklings and 28 chicks to the pasture in their mobile chicken tractor. Soon to come 1 gosling. (6/17/22 Instead of 1 gosling, we got 2 Geese)
Farm Tour
6/13/22 Setup a pop up shop at our friends Farm Tour. Good times and great fellowship!
Well, well, well...Look what we have here
7/12/22 The well at the farm was dug and so thankful to God we didn't have to drill that deep for very strong water.
Building Our Homestead
1/30/23 Started our house build
Coop Curtains ---->
1/2023 Made the chickens some sushi curtains to prevent them from being broody :)
